Here are clips of my many, many hours of training before my fight on 12/8/07. Videoed within 2 weeks of the fight so the sparring and training was lighter than normal, as not to get an injury before the fight. I had a brief sparring session w/ Katie Meehan from the WCL (world combat league), she’s pro with 30+ fights under her belt…she gave me a good beating
